With the PSA(R) Act now under implementation countrywide security training not only being mandatory has also assumed importance for ensuring quality security services in all domains.
SRF Training team ensure a complete training solution to your business needs from competency assessment and screening to achieving and exceeding customer expectations. Training is being designed to be a highly professional and interactive activity for imparting basic, advanced and specialized security related education and training in India.
We aspire to attain specialization in all domains of physical, electronic security and investigative fields through our dynamic training canvas which spreads over a variety of security related subjects, namely, Industrial Security, Industrial Espionage, Fire Security, Access Control, Fire Fighting and First Aid, Emergency Management, Property and Equipment Security, Communication Skills, amongst other varied capsules.
Training Standards
A well-structured and equipped SRF Training Centre (SRFTC) has been established at : 10TH Mile, Nadgir Institute of Engineering and Technology, Madavara, Bangalore North, Bangalore-562162, KARNATAKA. Spread over 2 acres of space the SRFTC provides all facilities for Indoor and Outdoor training. This facility is also being utilized by our Client for training of their posted Security Staff. We have a team of qualified & trained trainers as per MEPSC & National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) standards.
State-of-the-Art Lab & Classrooms
The labs and classrooms is an in-house professional development model that takes place in a dedicated set-up during the normal training day, framed by a preobservation meeting and a debriefing session. The lab provides an authentic opportunity for trainees to see concepts in practice and understand the security guards duties and responsibilities.
Our Lab is equipped with varied tools, accessories, fire-arms, threats, suspicious items etc. that a security professional might come across in his/her work-line. This classroom-lab model provides the context for trianees to experience in-depth, sustained professional growth within a collaborative learning community.
Field Training
The Field Training Course enables the trainees to improve their knowledge, insights and skills regarding various security scenarios on the field. The SRFTC training course is specifically designed to test and develop the trainees’ agility, decision making skills, fitness, edurance and many other factors that are vital for a trained security professional on-job.
The course consists of vetical rope climb, long jump, high jump, obastacle course, zig-zag platform etc. which makes the trainees get acustomed to any scenarios that challange them on a physical level.
Quality On-site Training
A trained workforce is a prepared workforce. SRF security professionals are deployed in varied locations and environments. On-site training creates a force multiplier to prevent and respond to potential threats of security breach. This type of training at the location aims at increasing the awareness level of the professionals on-duty regarding thir surroundings, vulnerable areas etc.
SRF on-site training is provided by highly qualified, experienced, certified trainers who have been in the field from a long time which enables them to posess the domaoin knowledge and expertise required.
Boarding Facilities
SRFTC being a residential training facility provides the trainees with boarding arrangements with canteen facility, responsive HR, medical check-up & first aid, recreational facility like board games etc., physical work-out equipments and many more.
